- Refund Exceptions: In certain circumstances, Throwdown Media LLP may issue refunds at its sole discretion, such as in cases of fraudulent transactions, unauthorized charges, or errors in processing payments. - Campaigner Responsibilities: Campaign creators are responsible for fulfilling any promises or commitments made to donors regarding perks, rewards, or incentives. Throwdown Media LLP does not guarantee the delivery or quality of perks offered by campaign creators, and donors should address any concerns directly with the campaigner.
- Disputes: In the event of a dispute between a donor and a campaign creator regarding the fulfillment of perks or the use of donated funds, Throwdown Media LLP may, at its discretion, attempt to mediate the dispute. However, Throwdown Media LLP is not liable for any disputes arising between donors and campaign creators.
- Compliance with Indian Law: This Cancellation and Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Specify Jurisdiction].
